Joining and Advancing in Equality Brigade

The Most basic way to join the Equality Brigade is to play with them. Each player who has played a game with a member of the EB of any level apply to join the EB.

 

When submitting your application to the Equality Brigade there is an administrative fee of 25 gold for clerical services. the link to application can be found here: EB Application

 

Ranks and hiearchy of the Equality Brigade

Thread Weavers and Uncloaked

Thread Weavers: These are the supporting members of the Equality Brigade. They do the various domestic and non-adventuring tasks that help to sustain the guild's ability to focus on the dangers and perils across Faerun. (NPC Retainers that are met/acquired through gameplay)

Uncloaked: These are supporting members of the Equality Brigade. They are either too novice, unable to handle, or choose not to face the world-shaping perils that come along to threaten the face of Faerun. They take on the more manageable threats across the realm in order to sustain the costs of the EB and to allow the other members to take on larger threats. (NPCs or retired characters that have been given stat blocks and may appear in games or other uses)

White Cloaks

  • Minimum of 1% of gold an EB adventure given to EB.

Pastel Cloaks

  • To Qualify to become a pastel cloak you must first play in 5 EB adventures.
  • An Adventures is an EB adventures if one of the following happens. A: It is dmed by a member of the rainbow council B: Another member of the EB is present during the adventure.
  • Once you have finished your 5 EB adventures you must apply to work under one of the 6 masters, and past any tests they produce
  • Minimum of 5% of gold an EB adventure given to EB.

There are six types of Pastel Cloaks:

Cream Cloaks - Servants of the Orange Cloak

These members serve directly under the authority of the Treasurer of the Equality Brigade. Their duty is to focus on the financial affairs of the guild as well as any other tasks assigned by their commander. 

Gray Cloaks - Servant of the Black Cloak

These members serve directly under the authority of the Taskmaster of the Equality Brigade. Their duty is to focus on directing the Uncloaked as well as any living properties (pets, mounts, monsters, plants, etc.) of the guild as well as any other tasks assigned by their commander.

Lavender Cloaks - Servants of the Purple Cloak

These members serve directly under the authority of the Envoy of the Equality Brigade. Their duty is to focus on the diplomatic relations of the guild with towns, important figures and other factions as well as any other tasks assigned by their commander. 

Mint Cloaks - Servants of the Green Cloak

These members serve directly under the authority of the Secretary of the Equality Brigade. Their duty is to focus on the internal affairs of the guild (maintenance of holdings and direction of the Thread Weavers) as well as any other tasks assigned by their commander. 

Pink Cloaks - Servants of the Red Cloak

These members serve directly under the authority of the Archivist of the Equality Brigade. Their duty is to focus on the written lore and arcane items gathered by the guild as well as any other tasks assigned by their commander. 

Sax Cloaks - Servants of the Blue Cloak

These members serve directly under the authority of the Quartermaster of the Equality Brigade. Their duty is to focus on the physical inventory in the guild armories and maintenance of guild weapons and armor as well as any other tasks assigned by their commander. 

 

Rainbow Council

  • Rainbow Council Members are elected unanimously , there is no way to earn one of these positions.
